Corporate evenings at FHRC

Evenings from 4 PM, stretch till 11 PM. Your team rides, works with horses, sits down to an Italian dinner at Caffe Cavallo on-site, and ends with a workshop or open-air movie night on the lawn. One property, one driver, real team bonding.

Why a corporate evening here

One property. Two venues. Real bonding, not another buffet.

Most NCR offsites mean a long bus ride to a resort buffet and a generic trust-fall. We do something your team will actually talk about on Monday: a real interaction with horses, from gentle joy rides to guided sessions with our coaching team, then a creative workshop next door at Caffe Cavallo. Built on a single estate so nobody is shuttling between vendors.

The evening, in three parts

Ride. Connect. Make and share.

Ride

Introductory rides and beginner-friendly lessons led by FHRC coaches. Your team meets a horse for the first time in a setting designed for absolute beginners.

  • Intro riding lesson, supervised one-to-one
  • Coach-led arena demo and Q&A
  • Photo-friendly group ride through the paddocks

Connect with horses

Equine assisted moments: trust, presence, and reading body language. Horses respond faster than words, which is exactly what makes the lesson land.

  • Leadership-through-horses session
  • Grooming and bond circle
  • Wellness pause with mindful walking

Make and share at Caffe Cavallo

After the saddle, your team unwinds at the on-site cafe. Wood-fired pizzas, pastas, and antipasti from Caffe Cavallo's Italian kitchen, paired with a workshop or an open-air movie night on the lawn.

  • Italian dinner at Caffe Cavallo (pizzas, pastas, antipasti)
  • Pottery, clay, or paint workshop
  • Open-air movie night on the lawn
  • Sunset chai on the grounds

Meet Caffe Cavallo

Italian kitchen, open garden, and indoor seating, all on the same estate as the riding club. Your team's dinner, workshop, and movie night happen here.

Movie-night lawn

Wood-fired pizzas, pastas, antipasti, and desserts from the kitchen. The lawn doubles as the workshop and movie-night space when the team wants the long evening. One driver, one drop-off, one billed evening.

What guests say

From 70 reviews on Google, averaging 4.9 stars

I was looking for some horse riding activity for kids. This came highly recommended. I took my kids, 5 and 3 years old, for their first time to experience the magic of horse riding. Highly professional and trained people are there. They know how to handle kids. Plus point is the cafe alongside.

The trail was absolutely fun, right from entering the location to the trail route. Everything was well planned. Coach Vipin along with his entire team were very helpful and supportive. Looking forward to visiting them again for another trail soon.

I went to this place after coming across a video of it. The place has really beautiful horses. The instructor gave us a tour of the entire place and showed all the horses. All the staff working was very experienced, friendly, and helpful. We had fun riding the horse around the place. A must-visit place.

Frequently asked

How big a group can you host?
Comfortably 15 to 50 people in a single evening; larger teams are possible with advance notice so we can split into parallel sessions and keep everyone engaged.
How far is the club from Delhi?
About 45 minutes from South Delhi, in Sector 82, Greater Faridabad, near Shiv Nadar School. We can suggest a transport vendor if your team is coming together by bus.
What does the evening actually look like?
Start at 4 PM and stretch the evening as long as you like, up to 11 PM. A typical flow: walk the grounds, a horse interaction segment with our coaches, an Italian dinner at Caffe Cavallo on-site, then a creative workshop or an open-air movie night on the lawn. Mix and match around your team's mood.
Is it safe for absolute beginners?
Yes. The horses we use for corporate sessions are calm and crowd-comfortable, every interaction is supervised, and the activities are designed for first-time riders. Trained handlers stay within arm's length.
What about food and dietary requirements?
Caffe Cavallo, the on-site cafe, serves a full Italian menu: wood-fired pizzas, pastas, risottos, antipasti, and desserts. Vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and Jain variants are arranged on request. Share the dietary mix when you enquire and we will plan the menu around it.
Weekday or weekend?
Both work. Weekdays are usually easier to book on shorter notice; weekend evenings fill faster, especially October to February. Give us two preferred dates and we will confirm one within the day.
