Terms of Service

1. Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed only after we acknowledge them by WhatsApp, phone, or email.
• Prices and ride durations shown on this website are indicative; the rate confirmed at the time of booking applies.
• You must arrive at the time agreed. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited session at our discretion.

2. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booked session may be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund. Specific cancellation rules for stabling and long-term packages will be shared at the time of booking.

3. Safety and assumption of risk

• Horse riding is an inherently risky activity. By participating, you acknowledge that you understand the risks, including the risk of injury.
• You must follow the instructions of our coaches and staff at all times, wear the safety equipment we provide (helmet at minimum), and disclose any medical conditions or injuries that could affect your ability to ride safely.
• Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides written consent. We may refuse service to anyone who appears unfit to ride.

4. Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour towards our staff, our horses, other riders, and the facility. We reserve the right to end a session and refuse future bookings without refund for any behaviour we consider unsafe, abusive, or harmful to the horses.

5. Liability

FHRC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for incidents caused by failure to follow safety instructions.

6. Website

• The information on this website is provided in good faith but may contain errors or be out of date. Confirm prices, schedules, and availability with us directly before making travel plans around a booking.
• All content, branding, and imagery on this website are the property of FHRC or used with permission. Don't reproduce them without our written consent.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
