- To confirm and manage your bookings.
- To contact you about your booking, lessons, or club events.
- To improve safety and match you with the right horse and instructor.

3. Who we share with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with our staff and authorised instructors who need it to deliver the service you booked, and where required by law.

We retain booking and contact records for as long as you are an active member or customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal and accounting obligations.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email info@fhrcequestrian.com with your request and we will respond within a reasonable time.
6. WhatsApp and third-party tools
When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy policy. Our website is hosted by Vercel; their handling of basic request data is governed by the Vercel privacy policy.
